They are packed with antioxidants, lower blood pressure and protect your heart. Packed with essential vitamins and minerals, they are also sodium, cholesterol and fat-free.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Strawberries [chopped] -  ¼ cup
  • Lemon [sliced] - 1 
  • Basil leaves or Mint leaves -  6 to 8
  • Water - 1 liter
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Combine strawberries, basil or mint and lemon in a large pitcher. Step 2 Add 1 liter of water.  Step 3 Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
