INGREDIENTS:
For the smoothie:
  • Strawberries [halved] - 4 nos.
  • Blueberries - 4 nos.
  • Raspberries - 4 nos.
  • Pomegranate - 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt - 1 cup 
For the toppings:
  • Sunflower seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Blueberries - 4 nos.
  • Raspberries - 4 nos.
  • Granola / muesli - 1 tbsp
  • Peach [sliced] - 1 no

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Combine all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Step 2 Pour into a bowl and top with your choice of toppings.
