Flavoursome and fit stir fry recipe with chicken that is one of the best lean protein meat that can be consumed in any form, makes an ideal dish for weight management. Broccoli is a natural antioxidant which helps in reducing cancer risk. Overall it is a low carbohydrate and high protein and fibre recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Chicken breast, boneless - 100 g 
  • Broccoli florets - 2 cups
  • Green onions (Sliced)  - 1 medium size
  • Garlic, thinly sliced - 2 cloves
  • Chilli paste - 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp 
  • Ginger - 1 no.
  • Pinch of crushed red pepper
  • Black pepper - a pinch 
  • Chicken stock - 1 tbsp 
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Place brocculi in a steamer and cook until tender but still firm, about 5 minutes.  Step 2 Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, and sauté the chicken, green onions, and garlic until the chicken is no longer pink.  Step 3 Stir the chilli paste and soy sauce into the pan; season with ginger, red pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the chicken stock and simmer about 2 minutes. Mix in the steamed brocculi until coated with the sauce mixture.
