This recipe contains Sweet potatoes which are high in Vitamin A and beta carotene as well as potassium; sweet potatoes also contain a good amount of Vitamin E, calcium and folate. This recipe is highly palatable due to its fiber content, and also help to maintain healthy digestive tract and bowel health of kids.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Boiled Sweet potato - 1/2
  • Skimmed Milk - 1.5 cups
  • Sugar free - ( optional)
  • date puree / honey- 1 tsp

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Peel the sweet potato and boil under pressure till well done Step 2 Mash well Step 3 Mix well with milk.  Step 4 You can add date puree/honey for sweetness.
