Both avocados and blueberries are rich in antioxidants and are cholesterol-free, and when blended with a frozen banana they make an excellent smoothie. This low sodium smoothie is an excellent source of potassium and vitamin c and vitamin B.

  • Banana - ½ no.
  • Blueberries - ½ cup
  • Avocado [sliced] -  2 slices [20 gms]
  • Almond milk - ½ cup
  • Spirulina - 1 tsp
  • Chilled Water -  ¼ cup
  • Vanilla essence -  ¼ tsp
  • Soaked chia seeds - 1 tsp
Step 1 Blend all ingredients. Step 2 Serve chilled.
