Be it a kid, teenager or adult, chicken lovers are there all over the world! Garlic contains useful minerals such as phosphorous, calcium, and iron, as well as trace minerals like iodine, sulfur, and chlorine. It is rich in phytochemical allicin which is anti-inflammatory and antithrombotic and lowers bad cholesterol. Onions are rich in oligosaccharides which are prebiotics that improve gut health.They are rich in phytophenols and flavonoids.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Chicken - 75 g
  • Onion (finely chopped) - 1 medium size 
  • Garlic, crushed - 1-3 cloves
  • Ginger, peeled & grated - 1 small piece
  • Green curry paste - ½ tbsp 
  • Chicken stock - ½ cup 
  • Lemon, juiced - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves, (chopped) - 1 tbsp 
  • Mint leaves -  4-6 no.
  • Oil - ½ tsp 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 3 minutes or until tender.  Step 2 Add green curry paste and sauté for 1 minute or until aromatic. Step 3 Add chicken and chicken stock. mix it well and simmer for 2-3minutes.  Step 4 Add lemon juice, coriander leaves, mint leaves. Simmer for 10minutes on low heat.  Step 5 Pour the curry in a serving bowl and garnish with mint and coriander leaves.
