Sesame seeds are rich in mono-unsaturated fatty acid and oleic acid which helps lower LDL. Olive oil is rich in essential fats especially heart friendly mono unsaturated fatty acids.

  • Sesame seeds- 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh lemon juice- ½ teaspoon
  • Soy sauce- ½ teaspoon
  • Garlic (minced) ½ teaspoon
  • Ginger (minced) ½ teaspoon
  • Red chilli pepper- ½ teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil- ½ teaspoon
Step 1 Thoroughly mix all the ingredients and chill until serving.
