It's a perfect evening snack. A blend of antioxidants and fiber with different veggies and wheat bread. Cucumber and tomato are filled with water that promotes satiety and hydration. Hung Curd is rich in rich in protein and calcium.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Wheat Bread - 2 slices 
  • Tomato (chopped)  - 1 no 
  • Onion (chopped) - 1no 
  • Cucumber (sliced) - ½ cup 
  • Hung Curd - 1 tbsp 
  • Red Chilli flakes - a pinch
  • Pepper powder - a pinch
  • Chaat masala - a pinch 
  • Black salt- a pinch 
  • Salt- as per taste 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Trim the edges of the bread. Spread the hung curd evenly on the bread.  Step 2 Sprinkle chaat masala, red chilli flakes, pepper powder and salt.  Step 3 Now place onion, cucumber and tomato.  Step 4 Cover with another slice of bread and cut as desired.
