These drinks are a great combination of vitamins and minerals. Orange and kiwi are excellent sources of vitamin C which help in boosting the immunity. Milk increases the protein content in the juice. Banana is a good source of potassium which help in controlling blood pressure.

INGREDIENTS:
For Orange Juice:
  • Oranges - 2 
  • Sugar - ½ tsp

For White Juice:
  • Banana - 1 
  • Milk - ½ cup 
  • Sugar - ½ tsp

For Green Juice:
  • Kiwi - 1 
  • Water - ½ cup 
  • Sugar - ½ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Squeeze the orange juice by hand or using a juicer. Mix the sugar. Strain it and keep aside.  Step 2 Grind the banana and sugar to a smooth puree. Add the milk and blend. Strain and keep it ready.  Step 3 Wash the blender and puree the kiwi with sugar. Add water and blend again. Strain it through a strainer and keep aside.
