Ginger appears to speed up emptying of the stomach, which can be beneficial for people with indigestion and related stomach discomfort. Milk has lots of nutrients such as vitamins D, A, B2 and B12, phosphorous, electrolytes and bone-building calcium.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Pineapple cubes - ½ cup
  • Papaya - ½ cup
  • Ginger  - ½ inch piece
  • Almond/soy/cow milk  - 100 ml
  • Mint leaves - for garnishing
  • Soaked chia seeds - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Puree all ingredients except mint leaves in a blender.  Step 2 Garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!
