Tulsi decoction water is a healthy adaption in a daily diet. Tulsi is considered to have healing, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and digestive properties mainly due to the presence of essential oils. It also helps in curing respiratory disorders including bronchitis. Tulsi is also beneficial in inducing sleep, relieving stress and headaches as well as boosts immunity. Also, including Tulsi in the daily diet helps prevent premature ageing and kidney stone formation.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp 
  • Tulsi leaves -  4 to 5 no. 
  • Ginger - 1 inch 
  • Cloves - 2 no. 
  • Water - 1.5 cups
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Take cumin, tulsi leaves, ginger, and cloves.  Step 2 Add this mixture to water and boil and reduce to 1 cup water.  Step 3 Coul the water till it is lukewarm. Step 4 Serve.
