Turmeric Latte is a drink filled with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps in healing wounds and cures joint pains. It is a great healthy alternative to caffeine. Turmeric Latte is an old age remedy which is earning its fame in Starbucks overseas too. It helps push out all the toxins in the body and is great at cutting down fats from the body.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Milk [Skim/nut milk] - 1 cup
  • Fresh ginger juice - 1 tsp
  • Honey - 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - a pinch 
  • Cinnamon powder - a pinch
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1  Pour the milk into a saucepan (add a little water to the milk) and cook over medium heat until it’s hot, but don’t bring it to a boil. Step 2  Remove from the heat and add the rest of the ingredients like turmeric powder, ginger juice, pepper powder, cinnamon powder, and honey (optional). Step 3  You can use milk frothier to get a better texture, but it’s optional.
