Turmeric Latte is a drink filled with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps in healing wounds and cures joint pains. It is a great healthy alternative to caffeine. Turmeric Latte is an old age remedy which is earning its fame in Starbucks overseas too. It helps push out all the toxins in the body and is great at cutting down fats from the body.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Fresh turmeric / turmeric powder - 1 inch / ¾ tsp 
  • Fresh ginger [grated] - 1 inch 
  • Black pepper powder - ¼ tsp 
  • Skim Milk - 1.5 cups 
  • Cinnamon powder - ¼ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Pour the skim milk into a saucepan and cook over high heat until it’s hot, but don’t bring it to a boil Step 2 Remove from the heat and add the rest of the ingredients like turmeric powder, ginger, pepper powder, and cinnamon powder.  Step 3 You can use a milk frother to get a better texture, but it’s optional.
