The citrus fruit orange is rich in vitamin c, which is a powerful antioxidant, which boosts your immune system. Calcium from milk helps to keep bones strong. Carrots are a good source of beta carotene.

  • Orange [chopped] - 1 medium

  • Spinach leaves [chopped] - 4 no.

Step 1 Blend all ingredients.  Step 2 Pour in a glass, and serve chilled.
