The berry is an antioxidant powerhouse, protects the lining of blood vessels from being degenerated, and helps fight cancer. Coconut milk is lactose-free so can be used as a milk substitute by those with lactose intolerance. The oats increase fibre and chia seeds increase the protein content.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Mixed berries [diced] - 6 to 8 nos.
  • Yoghurt - 1 cup 
  • Chilled Water -  1 cup
  • Rolled oats -  1 tbsp
  • Chia Seeds [soaked] -  1 tsp

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Blend everything until you reach a smoothie consistency.  Step 2 Serve it chill.
