INGREDIENTS:
  • Water - 2 cups 
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp 
  • Black pepper powder - ¼ tsp 
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Boil a cup of water. Step 2 Add Turmeric powder to the water while it's boiling.  Step 3 Boil for 10 mins.  Step 4 Serve in a cup and add black pepper powder and a dash of lemon.
