Zucchini has a high content of vitamin C, carbohydrates, protein, and fiber. It contains significant quantities of potassium, folate, and vitamin A, all of which are important for general good health. Zucchini chips are also low in fat. So, overall it is healthy snack.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Zucchini - ½ medium
  • Olive oil - ¼ tsp
  • Salt - ¼ tsp
  • Garlic powder [optional] - ¼ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Heat oven to 400° F. Coat baking sheet with the cooking spray. Step 2 Slice the zucchini on the diagonal, about thick.  Step 3 Place the slices in a large bowl and toss well with the ulive oil, salt, and garlic powder (if using arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.  Step 4 Bake, turning often, for 25 minutes. Step 5 Reduce the oven temperature to 300° F and bake until slightly brown and crisp, 10 to 15 minutes more.  Step 6 Remove to paper towels and let it coul and serve.
