Khyati's program is brilliant, well researched, holistic and has a variety of recipes to ensure boredom doesnt creep in. One personal mentor allotted helps in ensuring that you have a personal connect, someone to go-to, and give you a gentle nudge when you stray away/travel/get distracted. If one understands the principles and imbibes them, maintainence becomes easy,plus the maintainence guide shared at the end of the program is a great ready reckoner. What I would like to add is that discipline in following the plans is critical, along with persistence and trust, it will show results
