I took long breaths of the aroma of food, played mind games right back at it and read and applied intensely the lessons of food psychology.

A special thanks to my beloved wife Flavian Quadros D'souza and Khyati Rupani in helping me in this journey. Not to mention the specially baked diet cakes, the cheating wines and finding jogging trails through cities in Japan and Hong Kong.

16 kgs lighter in 6 months and just walked 13 floors twice today. From 89 to 71 kgs in 12 months (and 15 years later).
2018 was awesome. For the first time in my adult life, I remember keeping my resolution as something I looked forward to as I set on a rediscovery of myself.

Resolution: A physically fitter me.
A journey that started with me not being able to complete a running race at my daughter's school was a rude shock to reality. As I lay asleep on my bed that night, I realized the number of starts and stops I faced along the way. I vowed to change that by the next sports day for my daughter.

So, I focused on my inputs:
I got out of bed each day no matter the long nights at work and hit the running track at 5:30 am- no matter how slowly the scale moved.
