This dish is a different & healthy option. Apples are extremely rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, and dietary fiber. Cinnamon has multiple benefits that help to control blood sugar level, also helps in weight loss. Addition of cinnamon complements its good taste. Greek yogurt in this recipe not only increases the protein content but also helps in digestion. Oats are rich in fiber and a good source to boost up energy.

  • Apple 1 small
  • Lemon juice 1 Tsp
  • Oats 15g
  • Butter (unsalted) ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
  • Greek yoghurt 15g
  • Honey- ½ Tsp 
Step 1 Spiralize/chop apple using the smallest blade, leaving the peel on. Discard core and seeds. Toss spiralized apple in lemon juice.  Step 2 Heat a saute pan over medium heat. Toast oats in a pan until fragrant and slightly golden.  Step 3 Melt butter with oats and add ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder and honey and cook until slightly caramelized. Remove from heat.  Step 4 Stir remaining cinnamon powder into Greek yogurt. Divide yogurt into two bowls and top equally with spiralized apple and oat mixture.
