Mangoes may very well be the king of all fruits. They fight cancer, alkalize the body, aid in weight loss, regulate diabetes, help digestion, and clear your skin. Nutritionally, the juice of lemon provides healthy doses of vitamins C and B.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Mint Leaves [paste] - 2 tsp 
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • Ginger [minced] -  1 tsp 
  • Ice - As per the requirement 
  • Soda - ½ cup [50 ml]
  • Mix fruits [Raw mango, ripe mango, orange, watermelon] [diced] - 1 cup
  • Water - 300 ml 

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Combine all the ingredients, except the soda and mix well in water. Step 2 Add the soda and ice pour into serving glasses and serve chilled.
