The infused water diet is good for hydration, energy, & detoxification. A great benefit of good taste is like a cherry on the cake. Improving the flavour with a healthy option, It's an easier way to achieve your recommended daily amounts. By adding fresh fruits & fragrant fresh herbs you are including essential vitamins. Infusing water with a little flavour is simple. Fill a pitcher with water, add thinly sliced fruits, herbs, or spices, & chill in the refrigerator.

  •  Green tea - 2 bags
  •  Lime - 1
  •  Mint leaves - a handful
  •  Water - 1-2 litres, depending on how strong you want it to taste
  •  Ice cubes.

METHOD:

 Step 1  Boil the water & add the tea bags to it.

 Step 2  Let's keep it for 10 minutes.

 Step 3  Remove tea bags & add lime wedges & mint leaves.

 Step 4  Chill for 1 hour.

 Step 5  Strain well & serve.

 Step 6  Simply superb & tasty, you can make this infused iced tea & store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.

 

STRAWBERRY & KIWI INFUSED WATER

INGREDIENTS:

  • Strawberry- 4-5
  • Kiwi- ½
  • Water- 2 litres
  • Ice cubes

METHOD:

 Step 1  Slice your kiwi in half & peel the half you're using.

 Step 2  Thinly slice your strawberry & kiwi.

 Step 3  Add slices to your jug/carafe/mason jar, whatever you want to keep your water in.

 Step 4  Fill the container with water, cover it, & leave it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, your water will be nice & tasty!

 

CUCUMBER, LIME, & LEMON INFUSED WATER

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cucumber- 2
  • Lime- 1  
  • Lemon- ½
  • Water- 1-2 litres
  • Ice cubes

METHOD:

 Step 1  In a big jar, layer the cucumber slices, lime wedges, & lemon pieces with ice cubes.

 Step 2  Fill the jar with water.

 Step 3  Let it chill for an hour & enjoy.

 

LEMON, LIME, & ORANGES INFUSED WATER

INGREDIENTS:

  • Lime- 1
  • Orange- 1
  • Lemon- ½
  • Water- 1-2 litres
  • Ice cubes

METHOD:

 Step 1  In a big jar, layer the lime slices, orange slices, & lemon pieces with ice cubes.

 Step 2  Fill the jar with water.

 Step 3 Let it chill for an hour & enjoy.
