Garcinia Cambogia comes from a tropical fruit grown in India and Southeast Asia also known as the Malabar tamarind which is a citrus fruit. It's mostly pinned on hydroxycitric acid (HCA), a substance found in garcinia Cambogia that appears to inhibit an enzyme called citrate lyase and interferes with fatty acid metabolism, aids weight loss.
Garcinia Cambogia is a small, pumpkin-shaped, yellow or greenish fruit. The fruit is so sour that it is generally not eaten fresh but rather used in cooking, hence supplements are made from the extract of the fruit’s peel.
Garcinia Cambogia is available in capsules, tablets, powders, and liquids.
It has been shown to affect appetite and weight regulation in two ways:
